Chosen trumps Curosity

The Lord spoke this to me when I was praying one day. He said being Chosen trumps curiosity. I asked the Lord what that meant, and He gave me the scripture Jeremiah 1:5, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you before you were born, I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” He also gave me the scripture 1 Peter 2:9, “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” The Lord was speaking through these scriptures by letting you and me know that we were chosen by Him before we were even born. The Lord knew your identity before anyone else because He formed you. Now when it comes to curiosity there is nothing wrong with wanting to know and learn things that you may not understand. But what the Lord want you to know is that when He chose you it was something that scientists cannot explain, and nothing could ever change what He has already done. If you are ever curious about why you are here, what is your purpose, do your life means something, and are you loved. I want to encourage you that the answer to those questions are found in the one who created you. He loves you so much and He chose to give His son to die and resurrect for your sins. Whenever you start to get curious about your life again, I would say go back to what the Lord said which is He chose you and you are His. Seek out His truth in His word about what He says concerning your life.
